The iconic Ca del Bosco's sparkling rose is a blend of Pino Nero and Chardonnay grapes fermented separately, then bottled and aged on lees for 30 months. Expect elegant aromas and flavours of berry and cassis fruit with subtle notes of baked pastry. The palate is fresh and vibrant with a soft mouthfeel. A great aperitif!
