The Mystic Brut is an alluring sparkling wine crafted using Roditis and Sideritis varietals. The secondary fermentation remains on the lees for at least six months, creating a sparkling wine of excellent depth. Notes of citrus, green apple and yeast burst from the nose and palate. It is a perfect match for oysters.
