This crisp and refreshing Assyrtiko is aged on its lees and is matured in French oak barrels for three months. The aromas reveal zesty citrus fruit with bergamot, honey and vanilla notes. The palate is crisp, with lively acidity and good mineral notes. Enjoy it paired with grilled fish, lamb and Greek tomato salad.
