ilva Sera white is a unique blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Plyto, a rare, indigenous Cretan grape varietal. The nose is complex with mango, pear, passionfruit and citrus fruit aromas. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with bright acidity and notes of tropical fruit on the finish. Pairs well with grilled shrimp or chicken.
