Tasting Notes
Laker Red pours dark amber colour with a thin white head. Expect sweet corn, cereal, and caramel tones with grassy/herbal notes. The palate is delicately bittersweet with flavours of malt, and apple, with light spice and biscuit notes on the finish. Serve well-chilled with mildly spiced foods and cold cuts.
