This pastry stout is a tribute to the 300-year-old traditional Japanese dessert Sakura Mochi. It pours with a dark brown hue and creamy foam head. Roasted malt aromas with notes of cherry blossom and light spice are soft on the palate with a creamy mouthfeel and stout-like sweetness.
