Endo Sake Brewery is in the north of Nagano prefecture and was founded in 1864. This high-quality sake is made from Miyamanishiki rice polished to 49%. Expect fruity aromas of apples and loquats with a soft sweetness followed by refreshing acidity and an exquisite finish. Enjoy chilled in a wine glass paired with seafood.
