Raifuku Nadeshiko Junmai Ginjo Sake

Tasting Notes

This Junmai Ginjo sake is brewed with floral yeast from the Nadeshiko plant and a 55% rice polishing ratio. The aromas offer chestnuts, tropical fruit notes, and hints of apricot. The palate is fresh and fruity with notes of ripe pear and juicy stone fruit. It is best served chilled with sashimi, sushi and tempura.
