This wine is sourced from Pouilly-Fuissé's southern reaches, where grapes can achieve excellent ripeness. It's charming and floral on the nose, with a palate that suggests tangy orchard fruit, tropical fruit, vanilla, hazelnut, and saline minerality. Try it with Asian spiced chicken dishes or a seafood platter. It has the potential to drink into the early 2030s.
