This unfiltered, naturally sparkling sake undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle, resulting in a slightly cloudy sake with f resh aromas of pineapple, pear, apple and citrus fruit. The bubbles are persistent, with a silky, fresh mouthfeel. Enjoy it chilled as an aperitif, in a cocktail, or paired with pizza.
