Blanche De Caledon is a Quebec-style beer that blends wheat and barley with Belgian wit yeast, coriander seeds and orange peel. Hazy, pale golden colour. Crisp and refreshing with layers of citrus fruit flavour, lively carbonation and subtle hints of clove and spice. Pairs well with fish, soft cheese and summer salads.
