Tasting Notes
More traditionally made Riesling with some partial wild fermentation and aromas of lime, lemon, grapefruit and green apple. It has a note of sweetness on the palate but feels dry from the generous and mouth-watering acidity. A leaner, cleaner, zestier style than the Sweet Leaf.
