Located in the commune of Mardeuil, Maison Émile Leclère is currently run by fifth-generation winemakers Vincent and Marie. The maison is well-known for producing smoky Champagnes with a distinct chalky minerality. This sans-dosage Champagne offers flavours of Asian pear, candied ginger, and lemon zest layered over a lingering minerality on the finish.
