Tasting Notes
The white soil of northern Maremma is rich with limestone, firm clay, and loose stones, making it ideal for growing both Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The good drainage and water retention allow for full, plush wines with subtle minerality and bold tannins. Couple this with an excellent vintage in 2021 and you have a wine that will last for decades in the cellar.
