Inspired by Bordeaux's famous white blends, this Niagara take on the pairing of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon is complex, layered, and richly textured, with excellent balance and fruit presence. Quite lush, with apple, melon, citrus, pear, and tropical fruit. This will drink through 2028+.
