Tasting Notes
In this bottle-conditioned Saison, the effervescence is created by a second fermentation in the bottle. It is a hazy gold colour, with forward spicy, yeasty and earthy notes. On the palate, flavours of banana and citrus, with black pepper on a tart finish. This beer may be aged for up to two years in the bottle.
