For over a century, the family-owned Giffard company has been crafting premium spirits and syrups, both oddities and essentials for the cocktail creator. Their floral Crème de Violette is beautifully purple-hued liqueur. It is best enjoyed with sparkling wine, in wine spritzer or premium cocktails like the iconic Aviation.
