Shichiken's flagship sake is made using 100% Hyogo Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 37% and drip-pressed in the Shizulu style. Juicy tangerine notes are wrapped in a gentle sweetness. The voluptuous and smooth mouthfeel is completed by a hint of bitterness. Enjoy chilled on its own or with light dishes.
