Originally designed to be a golf course, Rockway Vineyards shifted its focus in 2001 when it realized the potential for growing excellent cool-climate grapes. Sourced from 27-year-old vines, this concentrated, lithe Riesling has bracing acidity to balance the intense flavours of lime, white peach, tart nectarine and starfruit. Make it a hole-in-one pairing with a soft-cheese platter.
