Tasting Notes

A premium sake made with Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 40%. Expect bright and expressive aromas of ripe pineapple, pear and melon fruit with notes of honey. The palate is well-rounded with good structure and a crisp dry finish. Enjoy chilled, paired with grilled and steamed fish, sushi and sashimi. Gold Medal - IWC 2022.
