Tasting Notes

This sake is produced in Oshu in Iwate Prefecture, using Yuinoka sake rice and aged at a low temperature. The bouquet shows fruity aromas with elegant flavour on the palate of melon, banana and citrus fruit. Serve chilled paired with seafood, chicken and spicy dishes.
