This award-winning sake is made from Miyama Nishiki, a high-quality rice from Nagano Prefecture, polished to 39%. It pours with aromas of jasmine, peach, grape and lychee fruit. The palate is smooth with well-integrated flavours and a refreshing finish. 2022 U.S. National Sake Appraisal - Gold Medal winner.
