Pure Dawn Junmai Ginjo is a blend of Akita Sake Komachi polished to 55%. The aromas are fresh with orange peel, light floral notes, and underlying minerality. The palate is creamy and well-structured with pear and Fuji apple notes, finishing soft and semi-dry. Enjoy it with shellfish, seafood, poultry, and pasta.
