Brewed with Japan's oldest sake rice varietal, Omachi, one of the most difficult strains of rice to grow, harvest and brew. The distinct Omachi aromas reveal gentle earthy notes, mushrooms and spice. Smooth on the palate with flavours of sweet rice with savoury notes, well balanced with a crisp finish.
