This orange wine is crafted from 100% Gewürztraminer. The colouration is achieved by macerating the juice on the skins and seeds for 28 days. This process also introduces the wine's rich texture. A complex, very floral, fresh, crisp, tropical wine, with plenty of varietal character in its rose petal, lychee and spice tones.
