Stellenrust is something of a Chenin Blanc specialist and ArtiSons is its annual gift to the world. Made with grapes from a bush vine block planted in 1964, it has wonderful focus and intensity. Fermented and aged in old wood and concrete eggs, it has fresh pastry and waxed lemon flavours, Granny Smith apple acidity and engaging grip and texture. Drink date: 2023-2030.
