A unique style of brandy aged in previously used sherry casks. Very bright amber colour. Complex aromas of sweet honey, toffee and wood. Smooth with vanilla, apricot and spice on the palate and balanced flavours of fruit and spice on the lengthy finish. Enjoy it neat or in various cocktails.
