Golden yellow colour. Persistent aromas of orchard fruit such as peach, green apple and pear with delicate notes of jasmine and herbs. The palate is fresh with good weight and balanced acidity, finishing with light spice and limes. Pair with grilled vegetables, salad, risotto and light pasta dishes.
