Unique and refreshing this umeshu has aromas of dark plum, caramel and lemon. Spicy, sweet and sour notes of plums, citrus fruit and marzipan are juicy and nicely balanced on the palate. Perfect for sipping on the rocks, mixed with soda, or for use in unique cocktails. Pairs well with fried foods or try over ice cream.
