Tasting Notes

This rum has aged a minimum of seven years in ex-Cognac casks and is then blended with select older rums that are finished in Port or Acacia casks. Amber in colour with bold aromas of butterscotch and fresh white flowers. Powerful and balanced flavours with sweet spices and light woody notes, finishing elegant and dry.
