Estate grown, this blend of Malagouzia and Assyrtiko grapes is bright yellow in colour with aromas of tropical and citrus fruit, and notes of fresh mint. The palate shows tropical fruit flavours with minerality and zesty acidity, finishing with herbal notes and good length. Pairs well with fresh salads, fish and seafood.
