Inspired by two beer styles, West Coast IPA and European pilsner, Motel California is the best of both worlds. This pilsner is brewed with Saaz hops and pilsner malts, then lightly dry-hopped with West Coast hops such as Citra and Mosaic resulting in a light, crisp body with tropical and citrus fruit flavours on the finish.
