Bright yellow colour with green hues. This 100% Assyrtiko has a delicate bouquet with aromas of pear, white flowers and citrus fruit with pronounced aromas of bitter orange with mastic and fennel. Rich on the palate with refreshing acidity complementing the oily mouthfeel. Pair with grilled fish and salty cheeses.
