An aromatic umeschu with fragrant aromas of jasmine, sweet and tart black plums and hints of tea and tobacco. The sweet and tart plums and jasmine blossom flavours are well-balanced on the palate. Jasmine Ume can be enjoyed served on the rocks, in a spritz, or in a cocktail.
