Tasting Notes
For thirty years, Sprucewood Shores Estate Winery has been growing grapes in Ontario's Lake Erie North Shore region. Their Riesling is a lively, fresh white wine with an enticing bouquet of peach, pear and stony mineral. The palate is dry and crisp with notes of apple and wet stone at the fore. Pair with pork schnitzel.
