Bancroft Brewing uses spring-fed water from the Canadian Shield, naturally filtered and mineral-enriched for a unique flavour. Their Hawkwatch NEIPA is bold, double dry-hopped and full of juicy apricot, mango and pineapple flavours. It is well balanced, creamy mouthfeel.
