Tasting Notes
Top, expressive notes of sage and crushed mint. These hover [over] a savoury, unctuous palate of black olive tapenade, prune and poached plum. Savoury tannins coated with mocha, roasted coffee beans, dried basil and olive. A very Mediterranean reserva, this is focused, overt and earthy. Drinking window: 2025-2030.
