This delicious 100% pecorino, which was matured in stainless steel, delivers lovely pure flavours dominated by white stone fruit and citrus together with vibrant, clean acidity. It's a fairly lean wine, zesty and refreshing, that's balanced all through. It's equally perfect for sipping on its own or for bringing to the table, where it goes well with many fish and seafood dishes. Drink now to late 2026 to appreciate its youthful liveliness.
