Tasting Notes

Scapa's Orkney-produced whiskies are unique amongst the Scottish Island malts, favouring smooth, honeyed notes over the intense peat of their counterparts. Skiren is a whisky aged exclusively in first-fill American oak. The resulting spirit is creamy and soft, with notes of tropical fruit, heather and honey.
