Tasting Notes

Made on the Japanese island of Okinawa, this gin uses the local citrus variety Tankan combined with mint, juniper, cloves, moon peach, ginger and lemongrass. Distinct herbal flavours of spicy orange, dark fruit, sweet smoke and a rich and velvety earthiness create a smooth refreshing taste and finish. Great in cocktails.
