Light yellow-green in colour this wine is made with 50% Assyrtiko and 50% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The aromas are intense with exotic and citrus fruits followed by white pepper and mineral notes. Well balanced with rich fruit and a clean and crisp mouthfeel. Enjoy chilled, paired with seafood and pork dishes.
