Tasting Notes
On the nose there are juicy red fruits, tomato <(>&<)> olive with notes of vanilla, coffee <(>&<)> spices in the background. The body is well-structured with round tannins and a rich finish. Serve with grilled vegetables, red meats prepared in the oven or on the grill, pasta and meats in red sauce, pizza, burgers and yellow cheeses.
