Tasting Notes
Alon is an expression of the region and its nature. An enticing blend of Viognier, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay grapes, 40% of the wine is fermented and aged in oak barrels for three months. Aromas of ripe pear and apple pie with refreshing notes of citrus and mint. Pair with grilled seafood. Produced in Kibbutz Yiron.
