Beautifully made Cava with substance <(>&<)> elegance. Bright gold in colour with good acidity, fine mousse, medium intense nose <(>&<)> a good length on the finish. This wine features: Light brioche, lemon, dried apricot, MacIntosh apples, pear, peach <(>&<)> honeycomb. Minimum 18 months ageing sur latte.
