Tasting Notes

A sunny, warm style, with chamomile and yellow plum spilling out on the lush palate, flanked by sea salt and dried herbs, plus a waft of smoke. There's a piercing feel to the energy and focus on the palate, which is shored up with vibrant acidity and finely crushed mineral notes. Generous yet stays beautifully fresh.
