Using organic local grains to craft their gin, Darkwater brings us a gin inspired by the elegant water of Lake Huron. The limestone from Georgina Bay creates water that is excellent for distilling spirits. Aromas of apple, elderflower, angelica, lemon and cardamom delight. Try chilled or in your favorite gin cocktail.
