Tasting Notes

A traditionally produced Slivovitz made with ripe blue plums. The plums are destemmed, pitted, then fermented and distilled in copper pots and aged in wood barrels. This brandy has rich aromas and a distinctive taste. Best served chilled or at room temperature. Enjoy with roasted nuts and dark chocolate.
