Korea's national drink is now made in Canada! North York's Kim's Winery and Distillery make their soju from Canadian corn. A little like vodka, though with less alcohol it is not as aggressive and a touch sweeter. Neutral and clean tasting, try it with Korean short ribs or in a Melona Melon Cocktail.
