Pomegranate has historically played an important part in Persian food and culture. Persian Empire blends their vodka with natural pomegranate juice and barrel age it for one year, giving a liquor which is both tart and sweet. Perfect with ice cream or with Middle Eastern desserts or as a cocktail with soda over ice.
