Tasting Notes

This sake is made with Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 50% and a combination of premium yeasts, resulting in aromatic fruity and floral notes and a full-flavoured mouthfeel. The palate is expressive with citrus fruit, red berries and umami notes, crisp and clean. Serve chilled, paired with white fish and pork.
